Forced-closure complaints to be reviewed with police liaison

The Ministry has taken note of reports that software offices are ordered closed on strike days and ahead of political events, often without written orders. A police liaison channel has been created. Companies are advised to record dates, photograph any notice pasted, and file under 'Forced Closure Demand (Police)'. Aggregate patterns will be reviewed with the police leadership monthly.
