Hiring compliance for IT companies (SESSI / EOBI)

Every registered IT company in Sindh is expected to: 1. Register with SESSI within weeks of first hiring. 2. Register employees with EOBI and deposit monthly contributions. 3. Keep attendance and wage records in any format — including digital HRMS. If an inspector demands factory-format registers for your software house, file a guidance ticket; the Labor liaison has the accepted digital alternatives on record.
